KAOS Match Text Alerts
Version 1. Effective October 5, 2026.
The program
Kaos Markets LLC operates KAOS at kaos.icu. KAOS Match Text Alerts are optional text messages about a player's own tournament matches: when you are up next on a court, and when your court is called. Typically 5 to 15 messages per tournament, only on tournament days. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
How you sign up
Signed in to KAOS with a mobile number you have verified, you tap "Text me when I'm up" on your match card in KAOS Live and agree to: "Text me about my KAOS tournament matches: when I am up next and when my court is called. About 5-15 texts per event. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of entry." We record the time and the wording you agreed to. Signing up is never required to enter or play.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all match texts; you will get one confirmation and nothing more. You can also turn texts off on your match card in KAOS Live. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
We use your mobile number only to send the texts you asked for and to verify the number, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. Messages are delivered by our messaging provider (Twilio), which processes them on our behalf.
