Terms of Use

Operator and scope
These Terms of Use govern the KAOS community service at kaos.icu, operated by Kaos Technology LLC. Contact [email protected] with questions or disputes. They cover community profiles, rankings, messages and event tools, not a trading account. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling; acknowledgment of it is not blanket consent to every future use.
Accounts and conduct
Provide accurate information, use only accounts you are entitled to use and protect your sign-in access. Do not impersonate others, submit false references, harass users, disclose private information without authority, manipulate rankings through duplicate or coordinated accounts, interfere with the service or evade access controls. You must have authority to submit content or act for another person. Organizer access is for authorized administration, not unrelated marketing.
Rankings and professional references
Rank people you have seen play and provide your honest opinion. Amateur and Pro lists are separate. Rankings reflect community opinions and available evidence, not guaranteed ability or future results. We may address mistakes and abuse and revise the calculation. Pro designations and reviewed links are not certifications of identity, membership or qualifications. We may use AI-assisted public research with organizer review. Report errors to [email protected].
Events, reservations and payments
Event-specific rules identify eligibility, fees, capacity, deadlines, refunds and any prizes. An unpaid reservation, ranking or Pro designation does not itself guarantee a tournament place. Review the stated event and payment terms before committing. Where payment is enabled, applicable charges and refund terms are presented before payment. Invitations and expressions of interest are not guaranteed bookings or appearance contracts. These terms do not replace event safety rules or any separate participation agreement.
Miami Pro invitations
Available invitations require the Pro to say they play in Miami, opt in and receive organizer confirmation. Visiting Pros can qualify. Senders must describe the club, venue, dates and proposed event accurately. Accepting indicates interest in discussing arrangements, not a binding booking, payment obligation or endorsement. Agree compensation and commitments separately. Pros can decline or disable future invitations.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You permit Kaos Technology LLC and the service providers acting for it to host, process and display that content as needed to operate the community features you use, according to applicable visibility choices. This does not transfer ownership or grant unrelated advertising, endorsement or prediction-market rights in your identity or content. Operational copies may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Public copies made by others may remain outside our control. Third-party links do not transfer ownership or establish a right to reuse the linked material.
Moderation, service and complaints
We may restrict content or access to address abuse, safety concerns, unlawful activity or material breaches, subject to applicable law. To request review of a decision or report infringement, privacy concerns or inaccurate references, email [email protected] with the relevant page and issue. Service availability and third-party information may change; uninterrupted service and error-free information are not guaranteed. Links are not endorsements. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
No trading authorization
Joining, ranking, registering for an event or responding to an invitation does not open a trading account, place a trade or authorize a transfer of trading funds. These terms do not grant permission for a future prediction-market use of player names, images or content. Any such product requires its own notices, agreements, eligibility and permissions. Community rankings are not financial advice.
Changes
We will publish dated versions and provide prominent notice of material changes. Where a new agreement or consent is required, we will request it rather than treat an earlier acknowledgment as permission for a new use. Contact [email protected] about these terms.
